Description: Cor-Pak® VpCI® Liner Film is a special high-density 1 mil (25.4 microns) film designed for two specific purposes:

1. Liner film for foam-in-place applications
2. Liner film for protecting parts shipped or stored in trays

Cor-Pak® VpCI® Skin Film

Description: Cor-Pak® VpCI Skin Film is the ultimate in skin film for retail showroom display of metal products. Cor- Pak® VpCI® Skin Film utilizes the latest surlyn based resin in combination with Cortec’s patented VpCI® technology providing a two year corrosion free life with a crystal clear appearance. These two technologies allow Cor-Pak® VpCI® Skin Film to have the clarity and corrosion inhibition necessary for even the most extreme packaging conditions. Once packaged, Cor-Pak® VpCI® Skin Film releases Vapor phase Corrosion Inhibitors (VpCIs®) that create a monomolecular layer of protection on the surface of the metal. Additionally, the superior strength of Cor- Pak® VpCI® Skin Film provides barrier and mechanical protection while remaining suitable for retail or end-user display. Metal parts protected with Cor-Pak® VpCI® Skin Film are easily inspected during shipment and storage. Cleaning, rust removal and other additional steps are not required once the part is removed from the packaging, even if the parts need to be welded, soldered or painted. Cor-Pak® VpCI® Skin Film leaves the exposed metal surfaces clean and contaminant free. Cor-Pak® VpCI® Skin Film can be applied with standard skin packaging equipment and typically provides corrosion protection for up to two years.

Application: Use Cor-Pak® VpCI® Skin Film for skin packaging (visual carded packaging). The part being packaged becomes the mold over which the heated plastic film or “skin” is drawn by vacuum and heat-sealed to a paperboard card, providing excellent visibility. Skin film is typically used for industrial packaging and for point of purchase packaging and other items to be displayed. The film is excellent for packaging hardware, parts in storage, applications where multiple parts need to be packaged together, door locks, antennae, hand tools, kitchen implements, plumbing accessories, screwdrivers, fasteners, drill bits, sawblades and more.

Eco-Corr® Biodegradable VpCI® Film

Description: Eco- Corr® is a DIN V 54 900 and BPS Certified 100% biodegradable and compostable film utilizing Cortec's patented VpCI® technology. Eco Film®

Description: Eco Film® is a DIN V 54 900 and BPS certified 100% biodegradable and compostable film designed to replace nondegradable as well as starch and polyethylene-based films.

Application: Eco Film® is available in standard length 36" (91.4cm) and 48" (122 cm) rolls as well as a wide variety of custom sizes and forms. EcoSol® Water Soluble Packaging Solution

Eco-Tie®

Description: Eco-Tie® is a high-strength, completely biodegradable / compostable (per ASTM 6400 standards) alternative to twine and metallic/plastic ties used in agricultural and industrial markets. Unlike metallic and plastic ties, Eco-Tie® will biodegrade rapidly when exposed to other organic materials, but will retain strength while in use. This unique and proprietary technology was designed specifically for vineyards where the grape plants are tied to metal wire and fences during their growing cycle. Eco Wrap® Bio / Compostable Tensioning Film, Patent Pending

Description: The unique combination of highly elastic certified biodegradable polyester and cling coating allows Eco Wrap® to replace non-biodegradable tensioning films and palletizing wraps. Superior strength of Eco Wrap® allows downgauging, fewer wraps per shipment and eliminates disposal/reclamation costs. Eco Wrap® is also suitable for masking applications and is available with patented multi-metal corrosion inhibiting properties. Ideally suited for agricultural shipments.

Package: Eco Wrap® is available as standard 30" (76.2 cm) Film on 31" (78.7 cm) wide core with 3" (7.5 cm) inner diameter of core. Eco Wrap® is also available in custom width, length and core size.
